Ok, so for those of you who have never read a Julia Quinn novel, the Smythe-Smith Quartet is a well-known group. She's that bitch that you're suposed to like because she's so goddamn nice, but really you avoid being alone with her because getting stuck in a conversation with a goody-goody is like its own ring of hell. She's the one that basically spoils all the fun and puts the kibosh on your plans of a day-drinking adventure, then guilts everyone into volunteering their Saturday to help her put together craft kits for her Vacation Bible School class.
